Orders can take up to 5 days to process and an additional 1-3 days to ship, depending on location.

We currently use USPS for shipping, enabling us to ship to PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses.

Undeliverable Shipments
If your order is returned to Uzima due to unclaimed or undeliverable, you can pay a $10 fee for your order to be re-shipped or be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping and handling.
